Anokha ("we", "us", "our") runs this store to sell 3D-printed desk objects and small home goods. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit or buy from us, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short on purpose.
What we collect
- Contact details — your name, email address, phone number, and shipping and billing addresses, when you order or write to us.
- Order details — what you bought, when, the colour you chose, and your order history.
- Payment details — handled directly by our payment provider, Razorpay, through Shopify's checkout. We never see or store your full card number, UPI credentials or bank details.
- Account details — if you create an account, your login and saved addresses.
- Reviews and messages — anything you send us: a review, a photo, a support email.
- Device and usage information — IP address, browser type, pages viewed and how you move around the site, collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies.
How we use it
- To make, pack and deliver your order, and to keep you updated about it.
- To answer support requests and handle returns and exchanges.
- To publish reviews you submit (with your first name and city only, after we've approved them).
- To send occasional emails about new pieces and offers — only if you've opted in, and you can unsubscribe from any email in one click.
- To understand how the site is used, keep it working and spot fraud.
- To meet legal obligations, like keeping tax and accounting records.
Who we share it with
Only the services that make the store run, and only as far as they need it: Shopify, which hosts the store and runs the checkout; Razorpay, which processes payments; the courier delivering your parcel; and the tools we use for email and analytics. We don't sell your personal information to anyone.
Because the store is hosted by Shopify, Shopify also collects and processes some information about your visit in order to provide and improve the service, and your data may be stored on servers outside India. You can read the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy for details.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences and understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the cart and checkout need them to work.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires. Account information stays until you ask us to delete it. Marketing preferences stay until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to records we're required to keep). You can withdraw consent to marketing at any time. Email madebyanokha@gmail.com and we'll respond within a reasonable time; we may need to verify it's you first.
Children
The store isn't intended for children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you think a child has given us their information, write to us and we'll delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top and, for anything significant, let you know by email or a notice on the site.
