RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to actually love what shows up at your door. Here's how returns, exchanges and refunds work.
14-day window
You have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
What's returnable
Standard catalogue pieces — pen stands, organisers, keychains, frames, coasters and trays — in resellable condition qualify for a full refund to your original payment method or store credit, your choice.
What's not returnable
- Custom or personalised pieces (a colour or shape we made specifically for you).
- Items damaged through normal use or wear rather than a manufacturing or shipping issue.
- Gift cards.
Damaged or defective on arrival
If something arrives cracked, warped or otherwise not right, email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll send a replacement or a refund — no return shipping required. This isn't the norm for small-batch prints, but it happens, and we'll make it right.
Cancellations
Because every piece is printed to order, we start making yours soon after you order. You can cancel for a full refund as long as printing hasn't started — usually within 24 hours of placing the order. After that, please use the return process below once your piece arrives.
How to start a return or exchange
- Email madebyanokha@gmail.com with your order number and what you'd like to return or exchange.
- We'll confirm and send you the return address and next steps. Please don't post anything back before hearing from us — unrequested returns can't be accepted.
- Pack the piece in its original packaging and send it to the address we give you. Unless the return is due to our error, return shipping is at your cost, and we recommend a tracked service.
Exchanges
Want a different colour? Tell us when you write in. The quickest route is usually to return the piece you have and place a new order for the one you want; we'll refund the return as soon as it reaches us.
Refund timing
Once your return reaches us and we've checked it, the refund is processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method (or issued as store credit if you chose that). Your bank or card provider may take a few more days to show it. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
