Every Anokha piece is 3D-printed to order in our studio in Durg, Chhattisgarh. Nothing sits in a warehouse, so a little of the time between your order and your doorstep is spent actually making your piece.
Where we ship
We currently ship across India only. International shipping isn't available yet — if you're outside India and would like a piece, email us at madebyanokha@gmail.com and we'll let you know when it's possible.
How long it takes
- Making and dispatch: your order is printed, finished by hand and packed within 3–5 business days of being placed.
- Delivery: usually 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on where in India you are. Remote pin codes can take a little longer.
You'll get an email with a tracking link the moment your parcel is handed to the courier. Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Shipping charges
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and shown before you pay. Any shipping offer running at the time (for example, free shipping above a certain order value) is applied automatically at checkout.
Your address
Please double-check your address and phone number when you order — the courier may call to confirm delivery. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incomplete or nobody was available after repeated attempts, we'll get in touch to arrange re-delivery; a second shipping charge may apply.
Delays
Courier timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, strikes and festive-season volumes occasionally slow things down. If your parcel seems stuck, write to us with your order number and we'll chase it with the courier.
Damaged in transit
Please open your parcel soon after it arrives. If anything is cracked, warped or otherwise not right, email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll send a replacement or refund — you won't need to post anything back. See Returns & Exchanges for the details.
