How are the pieces made?

Every piece is 3D-printed in PLA — a plant-based bioplastic — in our own studio in Durg, Chhattisgarh, then finished by hand. We print in small batches, a few dozen at a time, rather than holding stock.

Will mine look exactly like the photos?

Very close, never identical. The fine layer lines and ridged texture are part of how the object is made and vary slightly from piece to piece. Colours also shift a little between a screen and the real thing.

How long until it ships?

Because your piece is printed after you order, it's made, finished and packed within 3–5 business days, then usually takes 3–7 business days to reach you anywhere in India. You'll get a tracking link by email the moment it leaves. Details on the Shipping page.

Do you ship outside India?

Not yet. If you're abroad and want a piece, write to us and we'll tell you when it's possible.

Can I pick a colour?

Yes — each piece comes in five colourways (Mustard, Terracotta, Sage, Charcoal and Blush). Pick one on the product page, or tap a colour dot on the homepage to see it before you click through. Custom colours and personalisation aren't offered right now.

How do I look after it?

Wipe with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Keep it out of direct sunlight and away from heat — PLA softens above roughly 60°C, so no dishwashers, car dashboards or hot mugs straight onto a coaster's edge. Treated normally, it will last for years.

What if it arrives damaged?

Email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll send a replacement or refund. You won't need to post anything back.

Can I return or exchange it?

Yes, within 14 days of delivery, as long as it's unused and in its original packaging. Everything's on the Returns & Exchanges page.

How do I pay?

Every option you see at checkout is available — payment is handled securely by Shopify and we never see your card or UPI details. Prices are in Indian Rupees.

I have a discount code — where does it go?

In the cart, or at checkout. If an offer is running you'll also see it on the product page with an “Apply” button.

Do you do wholesale or bulk orders?

Sometimes. Email us with what you have in mind — quantity, colours, timeline — and we'll tell you honestly whether we can do it.
