TERMS OF SERVICE

These terms apply when you browse madebyanokha.com or buy something from Anokha ("we", "us", "our"). By using the site or placing an order you agree to them, along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping and Returns & Exchanges pages. Please read them — they're short and in plain language.

Who we are

Anokha is a small design studio in Durg, Chhattisgarh, India. Our address is Panchsheel Sector B, Street 03, Plot 03, Durg 491001, Chhattisgarh, India, and you can reach us at madebyanokha@gmail.com.

Using the site

You must be 18 or older to place an order, or have a parent or guardian's permission. Please give us accurate contact, billing and delivery details — we rely on them to get your piece to you. If you create an account, keep your login details private; you're responsible for activity on it.

Our products

Everything we sell is 3D-printed in small batches and finished by hand. That's the point of it, and it has two honest consequences:

• No two pieces are exactly identical. Fine layer lines, the ridged surface texture and small variations between pieces are part of the process, not defects.
• Colours on a screen never quite match the object in your hand. We photograph carefully, but your device and lighting will shift them a little.

We may change or discontinue a design, colour or price at any time. Product descriptions, dimensions and weights are given in good faith and may vary slightly.

Orders and payment

Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout; shipping is shown separately before you pay. Placing an order is an offer to buy; it's accepted when we send your order confirmation email. We can decline or cancel an order — for example if a price or stock error slipped through, or if we can't verify payment — and if we do, we'll tell you and refund anything you've paid. Payment is processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners; we never see or store your full card details.

Promotional codes are applied at checkout, can't be combined unless we say so, and may be withdrawn at any time.

Reviews and feedback

If you leave a review, send us a photo or otherwise share feedback, you're letting us use it — on the site and in our marketing, with your first name and city — without payment. Only share things you have the right to share, and keep it honest and civil; we may decline to publish or remove anything that isn't.

Our designs and content

The Anokha name, logo, product designs, photographs, text and everything else on the site belong to us. You're welcome to share and link to it; you may not copy, reproduce, 3D-print or sell our designs, or use our content commercially, without our written permission.

Acceptable use

Don't use the site for anything unlawful, try to interfere with how it works, scrape it, or impersonate anyone. We can suspend access if you do.

Relationship with Shopify

Anokha is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the site to you. Any sales and purchases you make are made directly with Anokha. By using the site, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sale between you and Anokha, including any injury, damage or loss resulting from purchased products, and you release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims arising from your purchases and transactions with Anokha.

Liability

We'll always try to make things right — see Returns & Exchanges. Beyond that, to the extent permitted by Indian law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or other law that can't be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Durg, Chhattisgarh.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top tells you when. Orders are governed by the terms in force when you placed them.
